Day 1

The 3 Day Yangshuo Escape Tour will commence by meeting at your Yangshuo Hotel in the Yangshuo countryside or town. The meeting time is typically 9:00 am but being a private tour, there is flexibility with start time with the possibility of starting the day earlier or later in the morning. When you complete the tour booking, please advise of your preferred time to commence the private day tour and this can be accommodated.

The first stop on the tour is the Yulong Valley where visitors can either choose a hiking route around this picturesque valley or to cycle (additional fee for bicycle rental). The valley itself is surrounded by rural scenery, the winding Yulong River and spectacular karst mountains. Visitors will also board rafts to experience the peaceful Yulong River Rafting on the bamboo rafts. The Yulong River Rafting lasts for approximately 1.5 x hours and is a slow downstream paddle (with rafts-man at the back of the raft).

Following the Yulong River experience, you’ll then be transferred to Cuiping Hill, which offers a birds-eye view overlooking the surrounding countryside. Visitors will climb to the top of the mountain and overlook the surrounding Karst Mountains, rivers, old villages and rice paddies.

After hiking up to the peak of Cuiping Hill, you’ll return to the base of the mountain and be transferred back to Yangshuo. In Yangshuo, enjoy a foot massage following the day’s activities before being returned to your Yangshuo Hotel to enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 2

To commence the second day, your tour guide and driver will meet you at your Yangshuo Hotel Lobby and you will be transferred to Huangyao Ancient Town. Huangyao Ancient Town is an old town located in Hezhou, outside of Yangshuo. It’s one of the most famous traditional towns in Southern China and is a great place to explore the cobblestone streets and go back in time during a Yangshuo tour!

In the early afternoon, you’ll return to Yangshuo and visit the spectacular park – Shangri-La Park. Aside from the beautiful scenery within this National park, visitors are also introduced to the ethnic minority cultures of Guangxi Province, enjoy a short boat ride and explore the park. Afterwards, return to West Street to explore and eat dinner (not included in pricing).

During the evening, you’ll watch Yangshuo’s most famous evening activity – the Impression 3rd Sister Liu Show, held on the banks of the Li River. This performance features over 700 actors and is the highlights of many visitors’ time in Yangshuo. At the conclusion of the Impression 3rd Sister Liu Show, you’ll be transferred back to your Yangshuo Hotel to enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure.

Day 3

Today’s activities will commence with a visit to Xianggong Hill – a famous mountain in Yangshuo offering spectacular panoramic views overlooking the Li River, Karst Scenery and surrounding rural areas. Upon arriving at Xianggong Hill, walk up to the peak of the mountain and you’ll be rewarded with incredible bird’s eye scenic views overlooking the Li River.

Thereafter, visitors will depart Xianggong Hill and be transferred to Xingping Old Town. At Xingping Old Town, you’ll board a large boat Li River Cruise (Deluxe 4 Star Li River Cruise) and travel the most beautiful section of the Li River between Xingping and Guilin. The Li River Cruise departs from Xingping in the early afternoon and travels upstream to Guilin Pier. Upon arriving into Guilin you’ll be transferred to your Guilin Hotel, Guilin Airport (evening departures) or Guilin Train Station (evening departure) to conclude the tour.
