As at 28th March 2021, the adult ticket pricing of the lower deck seat is 99 US dollars per person, the adult ticket pricing of the upper deck seat is 115 US dollars per person and the adult ticket pricing of the VIP seat is 139 US dollars per person. As for the children ticket pricing of the lower deck seat, it is 49 US dollars per person, the children ticket pricing of the upper deck seat is 57 US dollars per person and children ticket pricing of the VIP seat is 139 US dollars per person.

The ticket include one-way private transfer from any hotel in Guilin to Zhujiang Pier and the Chinese buffet lunch on the boat. The buffet lunch consists of fried meat with some vegetables, drinks, and fruit in season. The menu of the lunch is changing every day based on the vegetables in season. If you prefer to vegetarian meals, it is suggested that you bring your own food with you onboard. Usually, there is Chinese and English interpretation for the highlight spots along the river on the boat.

Usually, the 4 star Li River cruise leaves at Zhujiang Pier which is around 30 kilometers southeast of the heart of Guilin City and arrives at Shuidongmen Pier in Yangshuo. If Shuidongmen Pier is flooded, the cruise boat will arrive at Longtoushan Pier in Yangshuo. If the water level in the Li River breaches a set level, all the Li River cruise boats will be canceled out of safety concerns.​
