Generally, upon completing payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email within approximately ~10 x minutes (please check your junk/spam folder) to the email address entered.  However, sometimes it can take a little longer to assign the corresponding booking.  If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 30-60 minutes – please also check your spam/junk mail folder.

Once you receive your confirmation email, could you please reply to this email and advise the following details for each passenger:

• Name (per passport)
• Passport Number (per passport)
• Nationality (per passport)

These are security requirements and please note, passengers are required to present their passports for identification purposes/security check at the Pier when boarding the Li River Cruise.
