If you want to appreciate the natural beauty of the Li Jiang River in a much quieter environment, the 4.5 Star Li Jiang River Cruise boat is a great option. There are approximately 70 x seats on the boat. It offers – VIP Seating, Upper Deck Seating, Lower Deck Seating and the Lower Deck Private Box to take. The seats on the boat are more spacious than the same type on the 4 Star Li Jiang River Cruise boat.

As at 28th March 2021, the adult ticket pricing of each seating type is as follows:

VIP Seating = USD $177 US dollars per person (adults/children)
Upper Deck Seating = USD $139 per adult/USD $75 per child
Lower Deck Seating = USD $128 per adult/USD $62 per child

The ticket also includes one-way private transfer from any hotel in Guilin City to Zhujiang Pier and Chinese buffet lunch on the boat. The buffet lunch is better than that on the 4 Star Li Jinag River Cruise. The 4.5-star boat also offers limited English interpretation to passengers.

3 Star Superior Li Jiang River Cruise

The 3 Star Li Jiang River Cruise boat has the most seating capacity available operating along the Li Jiang River (between 95 and 115 seats) whilst it is also the most cost-effective boat. As at 28th March 2021, the only available tickets are standard tickets as follows:

The cruise ticket includes a one-way private transfer from any hotel in Guilin City to Mopanshan Pier and the simple Chinese packaged lunch on the boat. The 3-star Li Jiang River Cruise boat starts from Mopanshan Pier in Guilin and ends at Longtoushan Pier in Yangshuo.

The 4 Star and the 3 Star Li Jiang River Cruise boats operate daily whereas the 4.5 Star Li Jiang River Cruise boat only operates on scheduled dates. The 4 Star and 4.5 Star boats both depart from the Zhujiang Pier and end at Shuidongmen Pier on the condition that the water level in the Li Jiang River is normal.
