The Yangshuo Li River Hiking Tour will commence by meeting at your Guilin Hotel in the morning of the tour. The meeting time is typically 9:00 am but being a private tour, there is flexibility with start time with the possibility of starting the day earlier or later in the morning. When you complete the tour booking, please advise your preferred start time and this can be accommodated. Visitors can also be picked up from any hotels in Yangshuo.

The first stop is Xia-nei Village, near Yangdi Town, which is approximately 90 minutes away from Guilin City. Visitors can also be picked up from any Yangshuo Hotels too, depending upon preferences. Upon arriving into Xia-nei Village, the Li River Hiking will commence with an initial uphill walk over the hill and onward to Quan-jia Village. From Quan-jia, commence the hike along the Li River trails for approximately 3 x hours.

During the hike from Quan-jia to Laocuntou Village, you’ll see spectacular scenery including the following highlights of the Li River:

• Apple Rock
• Xialong Scenery
• Nine Horse Fresco Hil

Upon arriving into Laocuntou Village, you’ll board a ferry to cross the Li River to the opposite side of the river. This is followed by an additional 1 x hour walk (approximately) to Xingping. Along the way, you’ll see more spectacular scenery as well as the 20 CNY note views. In Xingping, visitors have the option to explore the town and the driver will meet you in Xingping to transfer you to your hotel in Yangshuo or back to Guilin to conclude the tour.
