The Yangshuo Old Towns Day Tour will commence by meeting at your Yangshuo Hotel in the Yangshuo countryside or town. The meeting time is typically 9:00 am but being a private tour, there is flexibility with start time with the possibility of starting the day earlier or later in the morning. When you complete the tour booking, please advise us of your preferred time to commence the private day tour and this can be accommodated.

The first stop is Huangyao Ancient Town – Huangyao Ancient Town is an old town located in Hezhou, outside of Yangshuo. It’s one of the most famous traditional towns in Southern China and is a great place to explore the cobblestone streets and go back in time during a Yangshuo tour! From Yangshuo, it takes approximately 1.5 x hours to travel to Huangyao Ancient Town and you’ll spend half a day exploring Huangyao.

In the early afternoon, after departing from Huangyao Ancient Town, you’ll return to Yangshuo. Visitors will have the option to either cycle or hike around the Yulong Valley area and those choosing to cycle can simply rent bicycles on the day. During time exploring the Yulong Valley either via bicycle or on foot, visitors will travel to the hidden Yangshuo old town of Jiuxian. Jiuxian Ancient Town is a small old town set among spectacular scenery. After visiting Jiuxian and the Yulong Valley, visitors will then return transfer to their Yangshuo Hotel to conclude the tour.
